SRA's quality review program begins with a quality assurance (QA) organization that reports directly to our COO, independent of the business sectors. We designate a QA official (QAO) to each program to provide quality oversight to deliverable work products and overall program performance. The QAO helps track program performance metrics, including SLAs, and cost, schedule, and risks status and raises performance issues to the attention of the task order PM, the functional category lead (FCL) and PM for resolution. Our quality assurance program incorporates the following key objectives:

  • Peer reviews and QAO certification
  • Standard internal escalation for problem resolution
  • Monthly TO process audits
  • Quarterly
  • Customer Satisfaction Surveys, at the program and task order level
  • Documented internal processes
